Information Gathering and Usage
When you register with the Company we may ask for information such as your name, location, and email address. You may also choose to provide information requests to a specific Resort Navigator Location. We may also ask you to create a username and a password.
All personal information provided to the Company is hereinafter referred to as Personal Data. We will store all of this information. We use collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research. We do not share your personal information with unrelated third parties unless explicitly approved by you.
Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, Websites and Resort Navigator Apps, the Company often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and the Company may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. The Company may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Location Information: Our Service, Websites and/or Resort Navigator Apps may collect and use your location information (for example, by using the GPS on your mobile device) to provide certain functionality of our Service. If you choose to enable our location features, your location information may be publicly displayed within the Service. Please keep in mind that other users can see this information about you, and they may use it or disclose it to other individuals or entities outside of our control and without your knowledge. Your location information may be subject to abuse, misuse, and monitoring by others, so please be careful if you choose to enable location functionality. We may also use your location information in an aggregate way, as described above in the “Aggregated Personal Data” section.

Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information
We may use your email address to send you information about our Services or to market to you. You may unsubscribe from these messages by following the instructions contained within the messages. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future marketing communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you email us with a request or question or have provided us with your email address, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request or otherwise follow up with you.
The Company will not sell, distribute, or reveal users’ email addresses or other personal information, except when required by law, without their consent. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personal data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

Third-Party Use of Personal Information
At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. If a new service provider is engaged, these terms will be amended accordingly.
You can visit the Websites without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Services. You may request deletion of your personal information by sending an email to email@example.com, but in some cases, we may be required to keep your information by law. In such a case, it would no longer be active and would be kept separately in an archive.
Resort Navigator Locations
Upon accessing the Resort Navigator Apps, you may be presented with a list of Resort Navigator Locations. Upon selection of a Resort Navigator Location, you will receive information related to that particular Resort Navigator Location. Upon accessing a Resort Navigator Location, you will be able to access messages posted by the Resort Navigator Location and access other data related thereto. The Resort Navigator Locations will not have access to your personal information, unless you provide it directly to the Resort Navigator Location. In the event that you release personal information to a Resort Navigator Location and such information is wrongly disclosed, we are not required to litigate or otherwise pursue any wrongful disclosure of your data and information.
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. We do not transfer ownership of any code, databases, Website rights or data to any third-party vendors or hosting partners.
We may collect information about the device you are using when accessing the Products, including what type of device it is, what operating system you are using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you are using and its settings. We may use a variety of services offered by third parties to help maintain and improve our Websites, to help us understand the use of our Websites and Services, or simply to provide the Services. If any third parties are given access to your personally identifiable information, we will limit the use of such personally identifiable information only to provide the services to us which we have requested.

Policy Towards Children
Neither the Websites, the Resort Navigator Apps nor the Services are directed to people under the age of 13. If you become aware that your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use our Website or Services or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
Information Security, Retention, and Data Integrity
We take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Services.
